Designing books as sculptural or architectural objects is central to my creative approach. I see the medium of publication as a space for experimentation not only with text, image, and drammaturgy, but also with its form. Haptic qualities such as weight, size, edge color, and paper thickness are elements I explore to enhance the experience of holding and reading the book.
